2009 ENROLLMENT FORMS - In order to participate in any 4-H or
FFA livestock projects at the 2009 Owyhee County Fair, enrollment
forms are DUE to the Extension Office
no later than March 1; in order to participate in any FCS or
Miscellaneous projects at the 2009 Owyhee County Fair, enrollment
forms are DUE to the Extension Office no later than May 1. Any
changes to project enrollments must be made by June 1. A new form
must be submitted EACH year.

BOUNDARY EXCEPTION PETITIONS -
Non-residents of Owyhee County not attending an Owyhee County
school, but attending a school in a school district located partly
in Owyhee County, or living in the Jordan Valley school district,
may petition the Owyhee County Fair Board for permission to
participate in showing and marketing 4-H and FFA livestock at the
Owyhee County Fair. Petitioners must belong to an Owyhee County 4-H
club or attend a school FFA chapter to be eligible for
consideration. Approval of requests shall be granted or denied at
the discretion of the Board. Petitioners must complete a Boundary
Exception Petition, have it signed by their parent or guardian, and
submit it to the Fair Board no later than February 1 prior to
the Fair. A new form must be submitted EACH year.
