Grazing Academy

June 10-13, 2008

University of Idaho Nancy M. Cummings Center

With feed and other input costs at an all-time high, it might be time to improve your skills in livestock grazing management. Good management not only benefits the animals but also increases forage production and quality.

The Lost Rivers Grazing Academy provides hands on training in Management-intensive Grazing. The next workshop will be held June 10-13 at the University of Idaho Nancy M Cummings Research, Education, & Extension center in Salmon, Idaho. This workshop features instruction by pasture guru Jim Gerrish as well as University of Idaho Extension Faculty. For questions or registration information, you can visit Owyhee County website at http://extension.ag.uidaho.edu/owyhee/Ag.htm to download the brochure.
