Workshop leader Kay Sohl has worked with over 4000   nonprofit organizations in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. She leads TACS, the northwest’s most comprehensive resource center for nonprofit organizations. Kay will draw upon her experiences founding community-based nonprofit organizations, serving as a board member and board officer, leading nonprofits as an executive director for over 35 years, an auditor, and financial management, strategic planning, and board development consultant.
