Customer Relations:

The first of three economic development projects designed to help strengthen Idaho’s economy, customer relations focuses on strengthening Idaho’s small business owners and government organizations by helping them to develop a customer service mindset. 

Business & Community Entrepreneurship:

This is the second UI Community Development project that focus on Economic Development, Diversity & Vitality.  This project is intended to help strengthen Idaho’s economy by increasing numbers of entrepreneurs and small business owners.  This in-depth program focuses on using existing NxLevel(tm) entrepreneurial training curriculum.

Analysis of Economic Viability of Planned Projects:

The third Economic Development, Diversity & Vitality project is designed to strengthen Idaho’s economy and assist in diversification of existing business & industry.  This project will focus on completing Economic Viability Analysis studies on proposed community, government, and business projects.
