4-H SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Applicant must:                                                                                           

* Be at a Senior Educational level.

*    Be currently enrolled in a Cassia County 4-H livestock project.

*    Have completed at least 4 years of 4-H livestock club work.  Two of those years must have been while in high school; with two years having sold an animal in the following market animal projects: beef, swine, sheep or dairy.

§          Scholarship will be paid to chosen applicant after verification of    enrollment at a college or trade school of their choice. 

§      ATTACH TWO LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION FROM:   1) CURRENT 4-H LEADER OR EXTENSION STAFF   2) FROM A HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER (in a sealed envelope) 

§      INCLUDE A COPY OF CURRENT HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT.
