Raising a sheep or goat project takes months of proper training, feeding, and management, but this work helps youth develop into the fine citizens of tomorrow. Lambs can be purchased at auctions or private treaty through breeders. Many of these sales are held during late spring and summer. Show rules, guidelines, and information can be obtained from the Boundary County Extension Office or your sheep project leader.
