Preserve at Home

This program is offered on-line and is instructed by Carol Hampton. Anyone with an interest in food preservation and food safety can enroll in Preserve Food @ Home offered by The University of Idaho Extension. Preserve Food @ Home teaches individuals how to safely preserve a variety of food products. Click here for more information PRESERVE AT HOME

Strong Women

The objective of the Strong Women program is to improve the health and well-being of middle-aged and older women (age 35 and up) by increasing access to structured, safe and effective strength-training and nutrition programs.

What the experience will be like for you:

The exercises are simple

Unlike aerobics, the exercises are literally no sweat

bullet

All exercises are done either sitting or standing

bullet

Results are rapid
