Office Administrative Assistant is Penny Silva. Penny will
usually answer the phone
when you call and make sure you get the service and information
you need.
She is a kind and dedicated
individual who adds many positive attributes to the Blaine
County Extension Office. In addition to her expert office and
budget management skills, Penny is an accomplished Master
Gardener and is able to answer gardening questions and offer
educated suggestions to help troubled clientele.
Ron and Penny were the
first two individuals in the state of Idaho to be certified to
perform the forage nitrate quick test. They consistently collaborate
with the Idaho State Department of Agriculture to provide
Pesticide License Test Trainings and Recertification Trainings.
