Ron Thaemert,
Blaine County Extension Educator.
He is described
as an excellent teacher, responsive to clientele-identified needs, a team
player, active, diverse, dependable and a mentor. These phrases were used to
describe Professor Thaemert in clientele teaching evaluations and evaluations
from colleagues. Ron began employment with the University of Idaho in July of
1998 and in February of 2004, was granted tenure and promoted to the rank of
Associate Extension Professor. Extension responsibilities include scholarship,
outreach, competitive agriculture, and youth.
