PURPOSE of the Institute
Bear Lake Leadership Institute increases the capacity of
individuals to lead with confidence, trust and enthusiasm, to
understand group dynamics and to appreciate community resources.
OBJECTIVES
of the Institute
-
Prepare and motivate participants for greater community
involvement;

Provide
an understanding of issues, economics, and resources;

Build relationships between people and communities;

Provide training in leadership concepts.
DESCRIPTION
of the Institute
This leadership institute will prepare men and women to become
effective leaders, ready to take on important roles within
organizations and communities through six full-day sessions held
monthly. |
Bear Lake Leadership Institute was established in the Fall of 2006
and is coordinated by a local steering committee.
