Procedures for Picking up Ada County 4-H Materials

Ask a secretary to assist you.

1.    All members and leaders must be enrolled and dues paid for the current year in order to pick up 4-H materials.

2.    All member materials must be paid for (cost is by the piece) when you order.  There is no charge for leader materials.  Projects that need to be copied (example, county projects) are 10 cents for a 2 sided page.

3.    Order ahead to have materials available for club meetings.

Copies

Due to limited office funds, there will be a 5 cents per 1 sided copy charge.

Meeting Room Reservations

1.  The meeting room may be reserved Friday evenings, Saturdays and Sundays.  Anyone reserving the meeting room must make arrangements to pick up a key from the office. Call 377-2107 for reservations.

3.  If a meal or refreshments are served, the garbage is to be placed in the dumpster behind the building.  The meeting room and bathrooms are to be left clean.

Checking out tapes, AV equipment or quantities of educational materials.

1.  All AV equipment or quantities of educational materials must be checked out at the front counter.

2.  Tapes will have a deposit of $10.00 preferably by check.  When a video is returned, the deposit will be returned.  Learning lab kits and other items may also require a refundable deposit.

3.      When an item is returned, it needs to be handed to a secretary or Extension Educator and witnessed that it was checked in, not placed on the counter or desk.  There will be a late fee of $1.00 per day against the deposit if the tape is late.
