Procedures for Picking up Ada
County 4-H Materials
|
|
|
|
Ask
a secretary to assist you.
|
|
1.
All
members and leaders must be enrolled and dues paid for the current
year in order to pick up 4-H materials.
|
|
2.
All
member materials must be paid for (cost is by the piece) when you
order. There is no
charge for leader materials. Projects
that need to be copied (example, county projects) are 10 cents for a
2 sided page.

3.
Order
ahead to have materials available for club meetings.
|
|
|
Copies
|
|
|
|
Due
to limited office funds, there will be a 5 cents per 1 sided copy
charge.
|
|
|
|
Meeting
Room Reservations
|
|
|
|
1.
The meeting room may be reserved Friday evenings, Saturdays
and Sundays. Anyone
reserving the meeting room must make arrangements to pick up a key
from the office. Call 377-2107 for reservations.

|
|
|
3.
If a meal or refreshments are served, the garbage is to be
placed in the dumpster behind the building.
The meeting room and bathrooms are to be left clean.
|
|
|
|
Checking
out tapes, AV equipment or quantities of educational materials.
|
|
|
|
1.
All AV equipment or quantities of educational materials must
be checked out at the front counter.
|
|
|
|
2.
Tapes will have a deposit of $10.00 preferably by check.
When a video is returned, the deposit will be returned.
Learning lab kits and other items may also require a refundable
deposit.
|
|
|
|
3.
When an item is returned, it needs to be handed to a
secretary or Extension Educator and witnessed that it was checked in, not
placed on the counter or desk.
There will be a late fee of $1.00 per day against the deposit
if the tape is late.
